The interior of Kairos is divided into three areas: an entryway, a main reception area, and a second floor gallery and mezzanine. A limestone fireplace divides the entryway and main reception area. The entryway is used for food and beverage service, access to restrooms, and the second floor. The main area can be arranged with a variety of tables, ceremony seating, or open dance floor, while the mezzanine and gallery provide secondary seating. In addition, off the gallery lies a private preparation suite with a bathroom. With the inclusion of the mezzanine, the main reception area can seat up to 120 guests.
Large flagstone patios border the northwest and east sides of the building, and are joined by a stone walkway. These patios also serve as flexible space: dining, wedding ceremony, and additional seating for larger events. Beyond the patios down a short railed stairway sits a lawn that provides the ultimate natural event setting. It is bordered by flowered landscaping, live oak trees, and a small pond.
Using 5 foot round tables with 10 guests per table: 10 tables downstairs seating 100 guests, 4 tables in the upstairs gallery or on the patio seating 40 guests, and on the upstairs mezzanine (4) 8’ rectangular tables seating 16-20 guests: Total 160 guests (maximum occupancy)
If allowing room for a dance floor, plan on a maximum of 8 tables downstairs. Tables can be moved after dinner, if needed.
