Let Kairos host your special event! Whether it is a wedding, reception, anniversary, meeting, or luncheon, Kairos provides the unique setting to make it special. Joe & Sharon Grimes and their team of experienced staff have been helping customers plan and execute events since 1999 and endeavor to provide the highest level of integrity and customer service for each event. Chef Joe Grimes partners with each customer to design a unique menu based on the customer’s preferences, tastes, and budget. The professional team at Kairos provides many services that help facilitate a smooth and successful event which supports the vision of the hosting party and ensures a high level of quality and flow for the function. The in-house menu design, bar service and cake/dessert service are designed and executed to make it easier for the hosting party to plan and enjoy the function. Some of the optional services available are passed appetizers, rail and/or table decorations, sound system with or without a DJ, and a grand piano. Other logistics planning such as tenting, transportation, and rentals are available as well. From "turn-key" to "co-planning," the Kairos staff has the experience to make your next event a success.
